Pack the item(s) carefully in order to avoid damages

Pack your return item(s) carefully in the same secured manner as when it was received to avoid damages. All complimentary jewelry boxes and free promotional gift items must be returned with the product. PLEASE DO NOT insert our original invoice with the returned product(s).

Ship your return item(s) via traceable FedEx shipment

Fill out the FedEx Air Waybill and pack your return item(s) using FedEx's packaging only. When filling FedEx's Airway Bill, DO NOT write Todaygem, jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, or other luxury-related words anywhere as this invites theft.

After packing your returned item(s), ship the parcel insured and prepaid in any FedEx Drop Box or at any post office where FedEx drop-off service is available. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. Please use the following return shipping address when filling out the FedEx Air Waybill.

Completing your return

Once your FedEx's parcel has been dropped off, please log-in to Todaygem.com to submit your FedEx Tracking Number, using the below "Submit Your FedEx Tracking Number" button. Please note that this final step must be completed within 20 days of our shipment date.
