Delivery Timeframe |
Most orders are shipped from Todaygem.com within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation from your payment provider. It then takes 3 - 5 additional business days via FedEx International Priority Service to reach you.
Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring sizing. Design Your Jewelry items are normally shipped within 7-14 days of receiving payment confirmation from your payment provider. |

Tracking Your Order |
| On the day your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification providing you with a confirmation of shipment and a FedEx Airway Bill (Tracking) Number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches your doorstep. You can use the FedEx Airway Bill (Tracking) Number to track your shipment either on our homepage or at www.fedex.com. |

Order Cancellation |
If you would like to cancel or change a Todaygem.com order for any reason, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team at support@todaygem.com. or call (662) 658-0599 as soon as possible. Please be sure to include or have your order confirmation number ready.
While we will do everything we can to accommodate your request, please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order has entered the shipping process and cannot be cancelled, you may return it by following the procedures listed in our Return Policy.
